If you are interested in adopting and animal from us it's always better to fill out an application first before coming down. Applications can take up to 24 hours to process except on Sunday - we cannot process your application until Monday. REQUIREMENTS You must be at last 21 years of age to adopt. If you are 21 years of age and live at home with your parent or parents you must have permission from a parent). We do not do second party adoptions if you are looking for an animal for someone they must be the one to fill out the application unless it is for your child, husband, or wife living with you. You must provide proof you own your own home or you have your landlords permission. (If you rent you will need to provide us with your landlords name and number, and if you have a lease we must see a copy of your lease agreement) APPLICATIONS Please select an application for dogs or cats, complete in full and copy and paste into an email (NO ATTACHMENTS, please!) and send to West Warwick VSA DOG APPLICATION CAT APPLICATION After clicking the appropriate application, you should save the application to your computer so that you can type into it in a Microsoft Word or Works program.
